Machine Safety 2027: ELOKON conference on Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
From 20 January 2027, the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC will be replaced by Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. It is the biggest change in machinery legislation in more than 15 years. How to prepare a plant for it will be the subject of the ELOKON conference on 7–8 October 2026 at PreZero Arena Gliwice. ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE is a partner of the event.
The conference “Machine Safety 2027: prepare your plant for the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230” focuses on machine safety strategy in light of the new rules. Experts will discuss the upcoming changes and advise on how to adapt a plant to them.
The organiser, ELOKON, has been helping companies design, modernise and implement safe solutions for machines and entire industrial plants for more than 30 years.
Why two days?
The topic is complex and hard to cover in a few hours. The programme includes:
- a detailed review of the key changes,
- case studies from industrial practice,
- workshops and hands-on sessions,
- discussion and questions to the experts,
- an evening meeting and conversations with people from the industry.
